“The gentlemen were fantastic and explained the process well with what was needed to fix my ipad pro. I was not able to charge my ipad for some time. They were able to replace the battery and charge port. Unfortunately, my screen looks like it has warped paper under it when using procreate. They did mention an issue with the screen but I thought it had something to do with a small single pixel that has been out and was an issue stated by apple since I had gotten it and was never an issue. Unfortunately that was not the screen issue. It is not a problem until working on an art piece. Shows movies and everyday stuff fine. It may have very well been that way when I took it in from having charging issues.”
