Today was my 1st time at Firestone on Richmond Hwy in Alexandria, & I must say that Mr. Carlos & Mr. Eric are WONDERFUL. I was explained everything from beginning to end of every detail that was taken care of on my car & of what needs to be fixed. I will be coming back for the other repairs.
