“Eric and his team are fantastic. I love my kitchen and bathroom - still, after six years. I am finally getting around to a review because recently I just recently discovered a minor issue (minor enough that had gone unnoticed that whole time, but important enough to fix ASAP). I didn't think BPK would want to fix something after so long, but I reached out anyway - Eric immediately responded and started working to get something scheduled. While it took some time to get something scheduled that worked for both of our calendars, when Yuviny came out to take a look, he did a thorough review, fixed the issue, and fixed another related issue we hadn't even noticed! Plus, Yuviny and his colleague were kind to my chatty cat, so that will always win extra points. Eric is easy to work with, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. “The GBC team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and master bath remodel at the same time and in time with project projections. Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Her suggestions and observations aligned with our design tastes for a wonderful selection (with one small exception when late in the process the tiling we wanted for the shower inset became unavailable.) Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! We lived in our basement during the remodel so it was stressful but Carlos did what he could to alert us to what was coming next and prepare for the workers who would be inhabiting our house. Abraham was the leader of the work crew. He and his team worked quickly and with care. Overall a very positive experience with a beautiful outcome.”
