“Traylor provided high quality service and a reasonable price. We had our whole kitchen gutted and renovated in the timespan of about a month. We provided them a tight timeline and they stuck to it even when issues arose. They were great with communicating information and were always available to answer questions. Andre even helped us with issues that were outside of our project and would go out of his way to make our home more beautiful. “Eric and his team are fantastic. I love my kitchen and bathroom - still, after six years. I am finally getting around to a review because recently I just recently discovered a minor issue (minor enough that had gone unnoticed that whole time, but important enough to fix ASAP). I didn't think BPK would want to fix something after so long, but I reached out anyway - Eric immediately responded and started working to get something scheduled. While it took some time to get something scheduled that worked for both of our calendars, when Yuviny came out to take a look, he did a thorough review, fixed the issue, and fixed another related issue we hadn't even noticed! Plus, Yuviny and his colleague were kind to my chatty cat, so that will always win extra points. Eric is easy to work with, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The rest of the employees who were working the floor could be a little less rude when we’re on our breaks needing the bathroom or accidentally forgetting to remove our apron. A simple oh don’t forget or are you with the class would work just fine over the demanding tones and ugly looks.”
