“This is our second time working with the team at Globe Bath & Kitchen and we couldn’t say better things about them. They first did our guest bathroom prior to the pandemic. Even before signing a contract we had renders and estimates in hand. The project turned out exactly to specs, on budget and time. The major renovation of our entire lower level - kitchen, floors, lighting, and fireplace refacing - was delayed by years due to our family’s schedules, but recently completed. We got the same team as in early 2020. The team was clean, fast, efficient, and treated our community with the utmost respect. Our neighbors noticed and went out of their way to let us know the team was quiet (as possible), clean and didn’t leave gates propped open. The project finished three weeks ahead of time, and about 2% over budget. We did move out to allow the team to work quickly, but still were pleasantly surprised at the outcome. “Went to Somerville Bath & Kitchen since we were stuck trying to pick the final pieces (faucets, shower head, toilet, etc.,) for our bathroom renovation. Tim Mason took the time, several hours, to help us pick everything and try to match the colors for what we already had in-hand for the renovation. He seriously was a life saver. We ordered everything through him and he kept us updated when the products would arrive. Everything arrived right on time ahead of or on demo day. Couldn't speak more highly of the company and Tim.”

“Our master bathroom makeover was completed in January of 2025. We got the idea to hire Potomac Kitchen and Bath because of the happy experience of our next door neighbor. We are very happy with the result! The craftmanship was amazing. Each job was handled professionally and the dedicated team made sure to cover our floors and furniture in all adjacent areas to insure that no construction debris or dust damaged our things. We were always consulted with any decisions regarding tile placement and wall colors. When the job was completed, some adjustments were needed and the project manager made the adjustments in a very timely manner. Both William and Eric were the most lovely people to have working in our home. We were treated most courteously and the work quality is amazing. When we needed changes during the job (the faucets in our contract were not correct for this job), changes were made promptly. While this was not a giant job, even the owner of the business made a trip out to our home and met us. I am comfortable knowing that they stand behind their work which was amazing!”
