“Our kitchen remodel took about three weeks, and it completely transformed how we use the space. They installed shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and a new tile backsplash. I was nervous about delays, but they stuck to the schedule pretty closely. I’ve heard horror stories from friends about remodels dragging on, so this was a relief. The team checked in regularly and made sure we were happy with small details, like cabinet handles and spacing. Now we actually enjoy cooking again, and it’s become the main hangout spot when family visits.”

“Small shop with ever changing seasonal stock. Very high quality kitchen towels, table clothes and various linens. Love the $1 bin for slightly damaged but still excellent fabric for sewing projects.”

“I just finished a complete kitchen remodeling which I was dreading and kept postponing because of the anticipated hassle. Nothing like that happened. I got all my Bosch appliances, refrigerator range, and dishwasher from Bray & Scarff, working closely with one of their staff, Sohel Patwary. I’m delighted with the appliances but I must give a special shoutout to Sohel, who was with me over the course of three weeks, initially helping me select amongst the various models, and then arranging delivery, advancing delivery when possible, assisting me with payment options and always quickly responding to all my technical and logistical questions, modifications and wishes. Thank you, Sohel, for making this a seamless and pleasant experience!”

“We had a complex return involving store credit and a registry discount, and while it took a while they powered through to make sure we got all of the credit and discounts we were promised. The customer service makes us want to come back.”
