LabCorp

Medical Labs
Hours: LabCorp is a global life sciences and healthcare company focused on improving health and lives through medical testing. It offers routine tests and recommended screenings, with results available through a patient portal. Appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome. Customer experiences vary. Many reviews praise the staff as wonderful, top-notch, fast, efficient, pleasant, professional, kind, informative, quick, expert, and gentle. Several customers reported great, quick, and easy experiences with short wait times, even as walk-ins. The check-in process is noted as quick, and facilities are described as clean. However, some reviews point to significant inconsistencies. Criticisms include long waits even with appointments, insufficient seating, and staff appearing overworked. One location lacked proper wheelchair access and handicapped parking. The volume of appointments and walk-ins can lead to crowded conditions, with suggestions to limit walk-ins during busy periods. Overall, while many customers report positive and efficient service, others experience issues with wait times, facility space, and accessibility.
