Just like all of the other reviews. These people are so rude for no reason. I was prepared. I was kind. I was met with an attitude that made me feel like I was an inconvenience to even be banking there. I’m a veteran and have banked with NavyFed for over a decade. Terrible.

Literally nobody has common sense from the phone rep to the people sitting on desks as clerks. Will be pulling my money out and switching banks.

If you request a cashiers check on line and are picking it up at a branch, don’t waste your time at this branch!!!! You have to stand in line along with everyone else and that defeats the purpose!
