Also I wish there was more fresh stuff -- everything was like a biscuit but I went to another store once and they had fresher options like a safe cupcake. Still cute though!”

“We trained our 1.5 year old pup, Toulouse, via one on one lessons for formal on leash obedience and later off leash training course. His trainer, Saul, was amazing and taught us how to communicate with our pup in a fair and effective manner.When we first brought Toulouse to OTSFD, he had some impulsive tendencies and a strong desire to say hi and play with every dog he encountered. His reactive behavior made it challenging to enjoy walks or take him to public places. Saul was very knowledgeable and tailored a combination of the four quadrants of operant conditioning to modify Toulouse’s behavior. The transformation we have witnessed is truly remarkable. I can now confidently take Toulouse everywhere, knowing that he will be a well-behaved and obedient companion.”

“The food selection is amazing! Raw, single ingredient products that I feel safe buying. Supplements for everything under the sun for dogs and cats! Water fountains, beautifully designed cat scratcher beds and trees. They make the best use of their space. I go here regularly to purchase wonderful treats and meals for my cats and when I bring them in their backpacks they always get lots of love from the employees.”

Additionally, the other day, the gentlemen working helped me carry a big bag of dog food to the car when he saw I was struggling with a phone call and a rainy day. It was so helpful and I really appreciated the kindness. It is a great store with great staff!”
“This is a great little place for pet owners. Definitely on the smaller side but they pack a whole lot into the space. The toy selection is great, everyone working is very helpful, you can pretty much find anything you would need. Also love supporting smaller, local places when we visit from out of town. If I lived here I’d frequent this place for sure.”

We have a very anxious pup and she was so understanding and accommodating, working to make sure he (and we) felt comfortable with everything. While his anxiety prevented us from taking additional classes, we would recommend Gina and Petco to anyone looking for puppy training!”

“Tried this place with a coupon from Groupon. They really seem to like what they do, and my dogs actually loved going there. These are dog people, I've gone to another grooming facility and the difference is insane. Destiny E. was our groomer! The groom was executed wonderfully. The nice young lady, Raquel, at the front who checked me out was just excellent. She helped me with a few questions I had. They also do last chance adoptions! I will never go back to another place! It is a 40 minute drive, but the trip is well-worth it for the great service and their team!”

“I've take my Mini poodle three times now, first time I booked a full groom and Sunny (our groomer) recommend me to give him a mini groom because he was still a puppy.
Now after two appointments I took him for a full groom, honestly I was scared that he will look all bald but, he looked just how I imagined, very cute.

“This is a great store! I adopted my first kitten here through the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. The store associates were very helpful with the adoption and the cashiers are friendly. I was given a coupon book while adopting that I used to save a lot of money while buying supplies for my Kitten. I have come back often to buy a collar and toys for my kitten. I also like their loyalty app. Every time I go I have a couple dollars in rewards dollars.”

“Passionately Pets provided excellent walking services on our recent vacation. Our sitter, Jeff, was courteous and seemed confident in his ability to handle our sometimes obstreperous 95 lbs German Shepherd. Unlike other walking services we have used, Jeff actually walked our dog for most of the 30 minute visit. Would definitely recommend.”
