Despite the delay with the loading dock elevator, they were quick to find workarounds to ensure time was not wasted. Upon arrival in Fredericksburg, they quickly unloaded the truck, got everything into place and staged certain items that I had planned to take to Goodwill downstairs for my ease of transport to Goodwill. He has gone above and beyond to help me downsize from a unit our family has had at this location for many years. He is extraordinarily helpful, available to answer questions and concerns and kind enough to lend a hand. The location currently is clean, carts are easily available and the app works perfectly. I was dreading dealing with this transition but Sebastian has made all of it feel possible. I applaud his extra efforts and dedication to excellent service. “Cannot recommend this place enough. Management office is always friendly and willing to help, but genuinely. My partner and I had units here for a few years and enjoyed the easy access codes and how it’s pretty empty/there’s not many people around. I also can attest to the buildings security/rounds — I partially moved out of my unit and forgot to replace my lock and they called twice to make sure I wasn’t robbed.”
