It is considered the best bike store in town and a go-to place for all bike maintenance and work. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service is fast, friendly, and at a reasonable price, often for less than expected. They provide quick and helpful service, with staff who are a pleasure to work with and know their stuff, able to help the same day. They carry a good product line and have parts compatible with various bikes, including vintage models. They are known for backing up their bikes, even handling out-of-warranty issues to get replacements at no cost. This kind of service sets them apart. Customers report they will definitely use them again and can't wait to ride with them.

Huge shoutout to this bike shop for saving our ride today. We hobbled over from the Mount Vernon Trail after a pinch flat, and the folks at TREK were able to get us a new tube and back on the trail in no time. Friendly, efficient, and exactly what you hope for when something goes wrong mid-ride. Can’t recommend them enough.
