“The prices are too high for everything. And I am not a fan that you guys made it more challenging to buy your products. Why did you leave Klarna? Many people in the Alexandria community does not want to or qualify for Citizen Pay. Please make it possible at least to make all payments online. That way, your consumers will have more options to pay. Besides the extremely steep prices, the staff is amazing. They are the only reason why I go to your store. They are very hard working, they work well together. Their communication is flawless, and there focus is more so building a relationship rather than an one off transaction. That is really good for business and the community. Thank you for all (except for the pricing and payment options) that you do.”
