210 North Lee Street Suite 102, Alexandria VA 22314
“Todd is an amazing human! He took great care of my wife's etrike. Got her brakes fixed, added a basket and a cup holder. She is riding in style now. This is the difference between someone just trying to sell something and someone who cares about what service they offer the public. We're from New Mexico so we may never visit again purely based on distance but I write this review to let others with ebikes or similar transportation Todd and Pedego is a great retailer!”

“Cute shop, dudes are super down to earth and very knowledgeable. I was able to walk in, talk to them about my brakes, they put it up and had it diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. Thanks boys”

Retail Showroom, Fitting and Service Center 3919, 3800 Wheeler Ave, Alexandria VA 22304
“Great Bike shop, wish I had learned about them years ago. The whole team is great to work with. They have good showroom selection and have a team of staff both in the retail and service side of the shop that will be able to help you build your dream bike, whether that's a road, touring, mtb or gravel or even help you with basic bike stuff (if you're just getting started) Pretty sure just about everyone there is a rider. The fitter is very wise with decades of bike fitting experience and will also be able to guide you into having the most efficient form/stance for the most effective riding of your style, I recommend a pro fit for anyone who's remotely serious about riding and who's putting in more than 20 miles a week. Support Small/ Local, Check out HandyBikes!”

“Products are reliable and services are depensable. The employees in the store are enjoyable to talk to, helpful, and knowledgable. I will be coming to this location for all my needs. Its easy to stay for hours to talk and test the products to find the correct one. Employees do a great job of being helpful and also giving you space to decide what you need. Shout out to John who is just amazing at his job.”

“Had a great experience at Trek! Javier was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I’m still learning more about cycling, and I really appreciated how he explained everything and even taught me a few things I didn’t know before. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable without making me feel pressured. Definitely appreciate the great customer service and will be coming back! 🚲😊”

1100 King Street, Alexandria VA 22314
“Just moved to Old Town Alexandria. I’ve been in the shop to browse, discuss cycling routes, and to have several bikes tuned up. Each visit was for a different reason and every time met with great service and attention. Never felt pressure to make a purchase but received the info I needed in a professional manner. I’ll bring all my cycling needs to Conte’s on King.”

“Followup to my earlier bad review: I volunteered preparing donated bikes for fixing up -- the people were lovely, the mission is solid, no grumps! and I will definitely return!”
