“I was disappointed when Lacrosse Unlimited moved from Bradlee Shopping Center to its location off Little River Turnpike because it isn't nearly as convenient for me anymore. Even so, it's still my go-to for lacrosse equipment, apparel, and gifts, and I gladly make the trip instead of shopping at a big-box sporting goods store or ordering online. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the sport. They treat my elementary- and middle-school-aged sons like valued customers, taking the time to answer their questions, help them find the right gear, and make them feel welcome. They've also gone above and beyond when I've shopped for birthday, holiday, and coach gifts, always offering thoughtful recommendations and making the experience easy.
