“Walked in here because I wore Timbs before my girlfriend told me she wanted to the museums. Luckily Pacers was en route and I needed another pair of runners. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable. I stood on a mat to determine how my weight was distributed and he watched me walk #noddiddy. “When I walked in the store the employees were ready to help me and made sure I had a mask. Then when I actually found shoes I liked that weren’t in stock, a young lady offered to have them shipped to the store for me. This was excellent customer service. I have one small regret and that is not keeping my receipt because I asked if they could pull my recipe with my card number so I could exchange for something else and they weren’t able to. This won’t keep me from shopping there, it was an overall good experience. The young man who helped me was phenomenal as well!”

“No matter the occasion, I shop here for my beautiful wife and she's always happy. The owner and staff are amazing so just tell them what you want or ask for suggestions. It's not a big and overwhelming store but it's packed with treasures. It always seems like everything in it has a purpose and is aligned with the owner's vision...which I appreciate because it aligns perfectly with mine (and my wife). From something simple to extravagant they have it. I rarely post stuff but this King St store is unique and I hope you have the same experience.”
