“I came here today to purchase the Charger Gemini running shoes and this store was the only one that had my size in stock. Plus the shoes were 50% off which was another motivating factor. I noticed when I got here, everything in the store was 50% off and that was too good of a deal to pass up. I ended-up leaving with a nice ball cap for like $14, running shorts for about $20, and a two pack boxer brief for $22. The ball cap alone costs $45 when I purchased it at a big box retailer. I did travel a ways to get here, and it was well worth the journey.”

“My husband is hands down a Shooters supporter, has been for years. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.I would have love to give 5 stars. However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. Went in and out in about 10-15mins. They ask you some questions here and there in order for the staff to give the customer the shoe that fits their feet. Lots of money= good investment for your feet. Give them a try. Don't take my word for it, go in and experience fleet feet for your feet.

“Came in after work to get my first pair of running shoes and get my feet measured and GAIT analysis. No appointment took like a minute to get someone to help me. Antonio is the best, got me measured and fitted into three different shoes to try on in a few minutes. He went over how they should fit how each shoe was different. He even showed me proper running form on the treadmill, dude is the goat! Left with a pair of Brooks Ghost 18 and have been running with them for a week and they have been amazing. Will be back when I need my next pair of running shoes.”

“So I moved to Stafford and I used to go to their store in Falls Church. I'm so glad they have this drop off location in Woodbridge. I wish they have a store here but upon talking to Jen, she said they can add anything to my order before I pick up my racket so no need to travel to Falls Church. I LOVE THIS!!! The drop off is a UPS store, which is better than fighting the traffic back and forth to Falls Church, just to get my racket restrung. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and great service, it's worth dropping off your racket to them or if you want to go to their store in Falls Church. Either way, best service, fast turnaround and knowledgeable team. Oh and FYI, they have tennis balls!!!”

“Gerale was absolutely incredible! He was so patient with my sister and I throughout the process. We have never worn NBs, so we weren't sure exactly what style we wanted but I had an idea of the ones I was interested in. Sizing can always be a bit complicated, as your size is going to be different depending on where you are purchasing/what brand. He measured our feet, got us both sizes we were in between, and encouraged us to try both on (even one size on each foot at the same time) to have an idea of what felt MOST comfortable. I am also SUPER flat footed with feet that swell often and randomly and he was able to make recommendations on both sizing and style that would be the best for me. It's not like he wasn't busy, he was assisting 2-3 OTHER customers simultaneously, while the other sales reps were just kind of playing around with each other not really doing much, yet there was never really a point where we felt like we did not have his full and undivided attention. I would have bought 20 shoes from him! New Balance has customers for LIFE thanks to his diligence, patience, and assistance! We are super grateful for his recommendations and will continue to purchase from here as long as he is still employed there!”
