“I was driving from Richmond to Winston-Salem. This store appeared off to my left. I turned HARD and got over there. It was a Food Lion. I bought two wraps, 52 ounces of limeade, and some kind of spicy trail mix. Great store! I ate/drank all of those things while driving a rented Chevy Malibu through Southside Virginia. I had a pretty good system of rotating between the rather bland wraps, the spicy trail mix, and the BRACING limeade. Long story, short: I drank 52 ounces of limeade in about ninety minutes. Thank you, Food Lion.”
“I actually went to Extreme Tire which is beside the store. They were very nice. Had the tires no one else had and service was fast. I would recommend to anyone needing tires”
“Most the staff is super nice, customers are sometimes a little rude. They added new lighting and security bar things so the store seems a little more put together now.”
“Photos on GM showing BP gas station are incorrect. That’s an adjacent gas station across the street named Chula Junction. Chula Gas Mart is an Exxon gas station. Just saying…”
“Had the pleasure of dealing at this store during the covid shutdown.
This place rationed out toilet paper for a great price, and they didn't price gouge.
They had bulk meats at great prices. I made several big (big coolers full) purchases to feed my extended family when other places' shelves were down to scraps.
Thank you.”
