“I come up here a couple times a year or so and every single time Joe has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the product lines, but he knows what suits different body types. I have been to many DXL stores over the years and across the country and this one is by far the best by a long shot. The selection is second to none, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. “This is my second time using The Black Tux and their convenience and service remains top tier. I had a tux rental fitting with Aaron at noon on Wednesday (11/12/25). He was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived and was patient with me as we worked through a couple of different options for the fitting. He was transparent about all costs and got me fully fitted, checked out online, and on my way in only 30 minutes. My rental tux is scheduled to arrive 10 days before my event which will give me plenty of time to try it beforehand, and they give you up to 5 days after the event to get the tux in the mail back to them. I will definitely be using The Black Tux for my next black tie event!”

“Had several disappointing experiences until I came here. Absolutely exceptional customer service from Tyler who took his time to go through each step thoroughly and share his advice on the many questions I asked. We haven't received the suit yet (will update once received), but based solely on the customer service experience, we're confident this will be our go-to store in the future for any made-to-order suits.
We came here after going through a miserable 'consultation' service with a different suit company down the street that was charging $700 for an off-the-rack suit. Indochino saved the day. A fully customized experience to get the perfect fit and less than $600 total for everything. Highly recommend, but please take the time to go through their website first and look at some of the color/fabric options before going to the store. Really helps speed the process along.”
“Alan is the man, and helped me get the perfect suit for my wedding. We walked through the whole process, there was never any pressure and we were very well taken care of while we were there. Some of the other suit stores had similar quality and pricing but I felt very rushed to make decisions and get out of the store - not at Hive though.
I had a very specific color and vision in mind and was able to try on many different ideas. The suit arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly. During the measuring process Alan was very meticulous and asked for my thoughts, my partners thoughts, and discussed with us how he was shaping the suit for a perfect fit - and he nailed it.”

As guy coming from Europe who has never really worn a quality pair of boots, but always wanted one, they could have sold me basically anything. “Was searching in the area to get an outfit for my wedding and I ended up coming here. From the initial phone call to the ending result of my outfit, I can say without a doubt this was the best decision I made for my wedding. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, it really felt like I was heard the entire time. All of the employees there were very professional and kind. “Yes, I am giving this establishment a five stars review, I recently post a negative review regarding the service I had, however when I went to pickup my suit the service was impeccable, a 180 degrees turn around. About the suit, it fits perfectly well I am happy with the service, and would recommend anyone to visit and shop at this establishment, I really appreciate the change I experienced this time around.
