He asked me a few questions, explained the process and told me to have a seat in the truck while he proceeded. He very quickly loaded my car up and even asked if I wanted water from the gas station. “I highly recommend this company for all your tow/repair needs. My car died in the middle of a busy road the day before the snow storm. I was in tears and panicking when I randomly called this number. Not only did they rescue me within 20 minutes, they took my car to their repair shop and had it fixed within 24 hours…right before the storm! I was told it was an alternator, but after they diagnosed it, it ended up being the fuel pump. I was able to make it to the store to get supplies before being snowed in. “I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“Shout out to the Gallows Road Automotive (Exxon). We have lived in the adjacent neighborhood for over 4 decades. This gas station is recently under new ownership. I called ahead to see how long a wait would be for a simple 2-year VA emissions test. They said there was only one car in the inspection bay, so I quickly drove over. Surprisingly I was greeted as I arrived and they knew that I had called. I waited about 20 minutes while the car being inspected in the inspection bay was finished up. My car emissions test was efficiently executed, so I decided to try them out again and had them conduct the VA annual inspection on another one of our vehicles. The inspection was very thorough, but fair. There were five legitimate minor deficiencies (three bulbs, a wiper blade, & the battery hold-down clamp was missing). The certified VA State inspector (Owner/Brian Suarez) was especially thorough and articulate in describing the deficiencies and clearly annotated them on the inspection sheet. I was impressed. They are clearly very convenient for those of us who live nearby or work at the Inova Hospital. I suggest you try them out; they appear to be honest, helpful, highly proficient, and very convenient. Too bad their gas prices are usually more expensive than most, but they are a convenient lifesaver in a pinch. Update: Our 2009 T&C Minivan just crapped out this afternoon and because of our recent positive vibe we had it towed to GRA. It is probably the starter/solenoid. We'll provide an update as things evolve.”
