“We returned from our trip to Washington, D.C, to our car at Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station, and found out our car was completely dead! I called a few places - some kept ringing without answering, and others were pricey. When I called Little Man Towing & Recovery, he answered on the first ring, gave us a better price, and was there on time. He checked our battery and after a few failed attempts to jump-start the car, he told us that the battery of the car was completely dead. Rain and night were upon us, so he then offered to drive me to get a new battery. He then helped me replace the battery of our car using his own tools. We were able to drive home. And the great thing about this whole experience was that he didn't charge us extra money and refused to take any tip. What a good guy! We were so thankful that we called him instead of other highly-priced towing comps.
