“Service was fast and exceptional! My 99 Miata with a body kit needed towed to my driveway - on a steep hill with very low clearance and minimal space to turn. The driver was very careful to not damage my car while also being clear about risks and challenges this tow posed. His communication and his kindness made this stressful situation much easier! “Mikey saved the day! Our van wouldn’t start so worked with insurance to get a tow truck to take it to the shop. When Mikey got it down to the street, the van magically started! He helped me figure out it was a cold gas parked on an incline situation and saved me a trip to the shop. Mikey was very nice and helpful throughout the process, definitely will call Blair’s anytime!”
“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“Towed my undriveable car after I was in an accident (called by FFX County Police). I was kinda spaced out due to my air bags exploding around me; tow truck driver was very kind and professional which was a big help.
The next day I arranged sale of my car as junk; the folks at Henry’s were very busy but took good care of me when I called and came to their Merrifield lot to retrieve and turn my vehicle over to the buyer’s tow. The desk operator was uber nice and professionally got me settled. Other folks nice too - even gave me some help when I had the wrong tool to remove my rear plate. The pickup driver was late and no one hassled me for being in the way (I probably deserved it!).
Prices seemed to be set by FFX County Police, and I noticed capital and expenses to execute this work must be high, so really not knowing much they seemed fair to me.
Overall not a fun experience, but the good folks at Henry’s really helped me get through it. Thank-you. Please don’t be offended if I am not in a hurry to repeat!”
