Karen does not have good customer service, she does not have empathy and even less on the phone, she is rude.

The pharmacy staff are very rude. They make you sit on hold and do not update you on your status. They will leave the phone next to them so you can hear them ringing people up and having different conversations like watching sporting games instead of providing good customer service.

Sign says walk-in COVID and flu shots available. I was turned away from a fully staffed pharmacy with no customers because I "didn't have an appointment" – D in customer service, F in public health
