“We went there to purchase a couple of suits for an upcoming wedding. They had a great selection of quality suits. Michael was amazing and he really helped us select the right style and fit. He also had his tailor hem the pants right then as we waited. Ended up buying a couple of sports jackets as well. Affordable pricing and great service!”
“Variety if brands has seemed to decline over time and although they have plenty of checkout locations some were either not staffed or had multiple registers with only one register staffed”
“Fantastic service and very practical designer menswear. I’ve purchased suits at this location on several occasions and the staff has always been exceptional. On today’s trip, Jacob helped me and was incredibly accommodating and helpful without being overbearing. I have somewhat of an awkward build and he helped me find both an off the rack suit and separates both fit exceptionally well. Efficient, friendly, and well-stocked location. Highly recommended if you’re looking for affordable designer clothing.”
“Just went shopping at Armani Exchange last eveving !Tried on some jeans, shoes, and t-shirts, but the jeans didn't fit well. Ended up getting a really good t-shirt though! “After a truly painful experience at the Alexandria branch and the Christiana mall branch locations we had a good experience at the Pentagon City branch. LaWanda, Eric, and district manager, Shannon, helped us ensure our wedding was not ruined by the lack of help we received from other Jos A banks locations and relieved a ton of stress that we had just 3 weeks out. Huge kudos to them, and thank you so much for your help and positivity. If you're in a situation where you are stressed and don't know what to do next, ask for LaWanda, she is calm and professional and will get you sorted out!”

“I was visiting Arlington and popped into J.Crew. I love shopping their online store as I don't have one close to home, so I lucked out when I saw it in the directory at the mall. As always, I wanted to buy up the whole store, but didn't. I found the perfect sweater in chocolate brown. Huge plus that it was marked down! I was not helped by staff, but didn't need it either. I did notice that there were a couple of colors in this sweater, but this fall color was more expensive than the others. Quality was just as expected for JCrew. They don't disappoint. Comfy sweater.”
“As most of the reviews say, this place has a lot of fun options as far as clothes, jewelry, etc. go, but it is quite pricey. I only really go here if I’m looking for a dress for an event or looking to splurge on a staple item. There’s a decent sale section that I usually shop out of at least. As far as I’ve seen the quality is what I’d expect it to be, I’m satisfied. Staff is very nice and helpful as well!”
“I bought my first pair of jeans in over 10 years thanks to this store and the guy that works there. I wanted black jeans for a party so last minute i came. I’m tall so finding my size and style is next to impossible but online said had my size, they usually lie but the store my size and the jeans fit perfectly and not like high waters. The guy helping was beyond helpful plus there was 30% off going on”
