“We absolutely love Busy Bee! When we moved from out of state, I was nervous about how my daughter would adjust to a new daycare environment—she had formed close friendships at her previous school, and I was worried the transition might be difficult. But Busy Bee quickly won both of our hearts.
The teachers are truly incredible—caring, kind, deeply knowledgeable about child development, and impressively organized. From day one, they made my daughter feel welcome and supported, and it's been amazing to watch how much she has grown, both academically and socially, since joining Busy Bee.
One of the things I appreciate most is the peace of mind I have every day knowing she's in such good hands. I never have to worry—she’s safe, happy, and thriving. She genuinely looks forward to going to school, and more often than not, she’s not quite ready to leave when I arrive to pick her up!
We’re so sad to be leaving Busy Bee due to another move. It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that has meant so much to our family. We will always be grateful for the love, care, and learning our daughter received here—it will always hold a special place in our hearts.”
“We've been a Primrose School of Arlington family since they opened their doors in 2021. Over the years, the school has shown so much love and devotion to our son, with great teachers who have been part of our village and taught him so much. The school changed ownership in the spring, but the strong leadership team has largely stayed the same, and we have only positive things to say about the new ownership. The new owners appear to strive to listen to feedback from parents and implement positive changes, like reduced closure days and additional fun events like family picnics and Parents Night Out, in addition to structural changes like offering weekly payment options in response to parent requests. We're very happy with the school and are sending our second child shortly!”

“Our Savior Lutheran School (OSLS) is amazing!!! I cannot say enough great things about the school and entire staff. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and are very experienced. They all have a special way teaching and interacting with the students. The academic rigor prepares them well for higher education. I love the support, respect, and values taught as well. I highly recommend OSLS!”
“Our little one has been at Merit School since I returned from maternity leave, almost a year ago. We’ve been so happy there. He’s thriving socially and developmentally, and we can tell he really feels loved by all the staff. His pediatrician is so impressed with how he’s doing on all fronts. The fact that Merit School provides all food for one year olds and older is a huge time saver for us and also means he gets exposed to even more foods than we can expose him to at home.”
“My daughter has been attending ESBP in Georgetown for about 11/2 years, and we are delighted! It is challenging for a parent to leave their kids somewhere else every day, but I feel at peace when I drop off my little girl at ESBP because I know she is in a caring environment. It is not only about my daughter. The caregivers are genuinely loving and professional at their work. I've seen repetitively how the teachers are so patient with the kids and handle situations very constructively. All the kids are spoken in Spanish, and it is incredible to hear the children using it even when it isn't their language at home. I love ESBP and highly recommend it!”

“We have been at the center for 3 years, and have two kids there. Our kids are happy and thriving. There are always good lesson plans and fun events and calendar activities. The administration, teachers and staff go out of their way to get to know all of the kids, even those not in their particular class. Everyone is very caring and invested in teaching the kids. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!”
“The teachers and staff at School of Children put so much love, care, and dedication into the kids they support. My son loves his teachers and just walking through the door, you feel a “homey” vibe that’s cozy, safe and fun! We are so grateful to our son’s teachers for everything they’ve taught him and would highly recommend the School of Children to any parent looking for childcare and early childhood education.”

“Saint Ann is a very nice school and they have church mass on Sundays. We attended their Christmas tree contest and it was beautiful to see the different theme of tree decorations. The school kids were very creative in decorating the trees.”
“Both of my children attended CHMS. Even with different personalities, they thrived and are excelling in elementary school. Our family was here during the pandemic. Their handling of safety and learning was terrific. CHMS is a loving community with a sharp focus on enabling your child to be successful, thoughtful, and well-rounded. I cherish and am grateful for the music concerts, relationships, and all the lovely memories.”

“A great church if you want to do mission trips. Recent mission trips to El Salvador and Haiti have been life changing experiences for the participants. It is also a "green" church, that is trying to become greener.”
“The teachers and staff are wonderful! I have 2 children at Merit School of Clarendon (ages 2 and 4). When I drop them off I know they are well taken care of and are learning so much from their teachers.”

“Both of my kids went to Bright Horizons Crystal City, my son was in the Kinder Prep Program and my daughter was in the Toddler Class, and they absolutely loved it! From the start, we were really impressed with the staff, the leadership, and how welcoming the whole place felt. My kids were excited to go every day, which says a lot!
The teachers were amazing and created such a positive and caring environment. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and love what they do. A special thank you to Rica, Jayla, Marilyn, April, Michele, and, of course, Holly (Executive Director), my kids still talk about you and ask about you, even though we've moved.
Leaving was tough, and the only reason we stopped going was because we relocated. We are so thankful for the time we had there and would highly recommend Bright Horizons Crystal City to any family looking for a great daycare and preschool experience.”
“A great preschool option for families looking for a co-op experience. Beautiful playground, lots of outdoor time! Kids go to the nature center every other week. Focused on play based learning and gives kids autonomy. Recommended!”
