I want to thank the staff at the Ritz Carlton for such an amazing welcome. It’s my anniversary and I’m here without my husband for a conference. They gave me special treats and really made it home away from home. Highly recommend this location.

Hotel service was good, however, seems to be an older property. Saw lots of rats roaming by the hotel while outside sitting. Yikes. Lots of respect to the concierge staff. They were very respectful and helpful. Probably do the the R-C Wash, DC option next time.

Rooms: beautiful. very clean!!! many amenities in room available. tv has everything needed on it
Walkability: close proximity to a shopping mall&other stores.
