“I bought a BMW SUV here. I am very grateful to them for being courteous and courteous from the beginning, and for being flexible and accommodating when we had some troubles such as not being able to open a bank account right away due to the coronavirus. He also took a long time to test drive the car, and from the passenger seat he carefully explained to me the differences between Japan and Japan regarding road signs and driving rules. It's my first time owning a car, so there are a lot of things I don't understand about the car's functions, displays, maintenance, and even how to fill up the gas here, but whenever I contact them, they respond very politely. Today again, a message appeared saying my car was low on air pressure, so I consulted with them, and they immediately took me to the factory and pumped air into my car. In the end, I had a puncture repaired due to a nail stuck in it, but I was able to ride with peace of mind because of the prompt response. I think the appeal of Japan Auto is that they provide thorough after-sales follow-up during my stay in the United States. I'm really glad I purchased it from Japan Auto.

“I live on the other side of the country but they had the truck I wanted (quicksand Tacoma). Checked out the truck over zoom, bought a flight, and hoped everything checked out in person??. When I arrived, there were a couple things I noticed that they quickly addressed. There was one problem that they couldn’t figure out. We agreed that he’d send a check after I get it looked at by a local certified dealership when I got back home. The truck drove across the country no problem. There were a couple minor things I noticed after I drove it back home, but it’s a used truck, so that’s gonna happen, but nothing major. I got busy with work and put off going to the dealership but by the time I did get around to it, he honored his word despite the time lapse and sent me the check to get the minor problem fixed. Based on my experience, they are men of their word. The entire staff was cool. The truck is KICKING ASS so far and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s perfect for me ?. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from these guys. Good business all around. ? And I don’t leave reviews all the time btw but I wanted people to know I was taken care of because it isn’t the norm unfortunately. 5 stars. Good job fellas.”
“November, the third I bought a 2017, Nissan pefalin from first class auto, the same day by driving home. The engine light came on I called the same day. You told me to bring it back on the next day, I did, they did something drove it home again? The engine light came on a game when I got home. So for the whole month of November to now I'm having the same issue the engine light coming on and they turned it off and it pops back on and this is not good.”
