“I had put on brakes and rotors by myself and still had vibrations when braking hard and suspected a rotor problem even though they were new. I brought it to J&F to have them check if it was the rotor and they confirmed that the rotor was the issue. I was going to return the rotor to where I bought it but they said they might be able to file down the high spot so I said give it a go. The filing down improved it but did not fix it, so I said I'll just pick it up. They said it would be no charge since they said they weren't able to fix it. I said let me pay you since you spent time to diagnose and attempt to fix it and they said no, we'll see you next time - what a wonderful business experience!”

They’re extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and when they identify an issue, they are totally transparent and honest about whether and when it actually needs addressing. “Absolutely incredible customer service and honest, fair pricing. My Prius had a minor problem that I knew was a simple fix. Koons wanted $180 just to run a “diagnostic” check plus parts and labor. The guys at cherrydale diagnosed a blown ignition fuse and I was out with an $81 bill, while it would have been well over $300+ at Koons! Very fair and honest. Highly reccomend!”

“Took my civic type r on a trip from LA to DC and stopped by Reinharts since my car threw 5 codes and I had concerns on the car. They were very honest and advised me against some maintenance I could wait on since it was in good shape after an inspection. I ended up doing some basic maintenance but will be coming back for sure when I need anything else done.”
“They did a fabulous job wrapping my cars! My first car got partial wrap here. I later wished I chose the full body wrap option. So much easier to take care of the car with a full wrap. And protects against minor scrape too. So full body was the option I chose for my next car. Looks a lot better than same model cars without a wrap.
These folks also do AMAZING post-wrap customer service work.
I will definitely choose them do work on my cars again.”

“Very belated review, but I stopped by here on the afternoon of June 27, 2025 after hearing noise from my tires on my way out of DC. Being from North Carolina, I could not afford to wait too long for the issue to get diagnosed and resolved. I explained my situation to Kalab, who was very gracious to expedite my repair. After spending the night in Arlington, the car was ready by 1pm the next day, and I was able to return to North Carolina by nightfall of the 28th. 10/10 would recommend for exceptional and honest service!”
“I can’t recommend Nepar Auto enough. At the last minute on a Sunday, I noticed my tire was really low, almost like I had a flat, so I rushed to the closest place that was open and I’m so glad it was Nepar Auto. They took care of me right away. Turned out the tire was totally fine and it was just a freak thing, but they were thorough and quick about checking it out. The customer service and attention to detail really stood out, especially when I showed up stressed and in a pinch. If you need anything auto related, this is the place to go.”

“Incredible service. Stopped by on a Thursday evening with no appointment after the undercarriage shield had fallen loose and started to drag off of my Honda CR-V. They immediately took the car in and were able to fix the issue even though I had no appointment. At the end, they didn’t even charge for the service. “I had a really good experience with this NTB location after picking up a nail in one of my Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. I had just bought a brand new set of four tires in May, so getting a puncture a month later was frustrating, especially once we realized the nail was too close to the sidewall and the tire could not be safely patched.
German, the shop manager, and Marvin were both great to work with. They were patient, clear about what needed to happen, and got the replacement handled within the day. You can tell this shop is juggling a lot between appointments, walk-ins, deadlines, and customers who all need help quickly, but the team stayed professional and kept things moving.
I also appreciated that they explained why the tire had to be replaced instead of patched. They even showed me the jar of nails, screws, and other road hazards they have pulled from tires, which made me feel a little less unlucky. Apparently, with all the construction around town, this happens more often than you’d think.
Big shoutout to German and Marvin. They took care of the issue, communicated well, and made an annoying tire situation much easier to deal with. I will definitely come back to this NTB location.”
