“i think they must have some company policy on only taking a max of X number of items from any person coming to consign at once, which is totally fine. i wouldn’t take it personally if they reject your items for consignment - i have kept some of the stuff they rejected and brought it back at other times at which point they took additional items that they previously rejected (can be a seasonality issue, stuff they’re specifically looking for at different times, or just luck of the draw depending on who’s reviewing your items).
to the people saying you’re better off selling on XYZ online platforms that is absolutely true - i mean you’ll obviously get more $$ payoff selling items and keeping 100% of the profit yourself but if you’re lazy, looking for convenience, and especially if you shop here and are part of the ‘ecosystem’ so to say it’s worth to consign and use your sales credit against purchases you make. lots of meh items in their stores but have gotten some of my cutest pieces from a current boutique so you just have to keep a discerning eye”
“Not the biggest assortment, but certainly worth a look. Fairly good variety of entry, mid and some designer clothes and helpfully very little fast fashion. Most importantly the people running the store are quite nice.”

“I love this cute and quirky little shop hidden away in Hollin Hall. I go most Saturday mornings because the owner changes the inventory almost every week. I have found so many things I never expected to find there and I always enjoy learning from the owner about their history and uses. “We've been to this merchant a few times. I have a differentability (thank you to my little great niece for changing my perspective ?) and I some times require an aide for walking.My husband and I found some beautiful hand carved canes here and at very reasonable prices. We receive constant compliments going through the airport home and even more when I use them as a walking aide.Purchased hand made leather shoes from here and my son was elated with his gift ?.The staff is always very friendly and you can meet some very interesting people here as well. The store has two levels so don't miss going upstairs. There is definitely a lot to see ? so plan on spending some time to find your treasure.With all that said a little more organization would be nice so you can better see the selection and they have cats all over the place which I was not a fan of. However, my family and I visit here pretty much every time we're in the area and we look forward to viewing their new offerings.Check them out! Hopefully you'll find something interesting of your own in your visit.”
