I recently upgraded my phone while also changing to my own personal account. The customer service at this store was excellent, especially in regards to being patient, helping me with any problems encountered, and overall making it a smooth process. JHONY made my day!!! I had been calling Verizon to fix a port issue for about a week. I had spent over 5 hours on the phone. I came into the store and despite being busy with other customers, he saw me struggling and identified and resolved the issue in 15 minutes!!! Unbelievable!
