Went to this Arlington Va location yesterday to upgrade my phone and AirPods I was assisted by Keenan his customer service was on 1000% he helped me get a new iPhone, AirPods, plan upgrade and a couple other things for like $380 he was so very detailed and knowledgeable that he was able to explain to me how I could get a even higher trade in value for my phone by upgrading my plan so I was able to get my new iPhone for way cheaper then he pointed out how my employer gets a 15% discount on the monthly bill so essentially even though i upgraded I would still be paying around the same price

“Emanuel did a great job of helping me get a new Samsung Galaxy and he deserves praise and a promotion. I was in dire need of a new phone as I had lost my android and went directly into the store after work. I was in a bit of a panic but he was professional and able to help me navigate the purchase and activate my new phone. He was able to get me a new upgrade on my plan and a new galaxy at a great deal without pressure. He really helped me during a time of need. Suggest setting up an appointment online before you go in.”
