“Emanuel did a great job of helping me get a new Samsung Galaxy and he deserves praise and a promotion. I was in dire need of a new phone as I had lost my android and went directly into the store after work. I was in a bit of a panic but he was professional and able to help me navigate the purchase and activate my new phone. He was able to get me a new upgrade on my plan and a new galaxy at a great deal without pressure. He really helped me during a time of need.
