  Hello,
  I noticed that my receipt lists three pieces of equipment (including two separate video items). However, I only received one cable box and one gateway. Could you clarify what the second video item refers to, and whether it represents another piece of equipment?

  Been there twice, had to rush both times because of my toddler - I work in Arlington but live in Maryland so I was very appreciative both times for their rushed assistance.
