“This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them.

I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked.

I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations.

Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.”

“I applaud the store manager Brad for his attention to detail and willingness to help a customer. I was struggling lifting a 4'×8' piece of plywood onto my cart for a few minutes until Brad walked by to offer me a hand. There were others at the register that probably saw me and didn't help (but that's another story). He helped me load the plywood onto the cart and even found me someone who would help me get it cut into my desired size. Unfortunately the cutting machine was down and I couldn't purchase the wood as a result. Brad then offerred to put the wood back. This is the type of customer service that is lacking at most retail stores, even at big chain home improvement stores. I truly appreciate that the store manager would take time out of his day to physically help me. Thank you again Brad!”

We had a fantastic experience working with My Kitchen and Bath on our Master Bathroom renovation. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and well-managed. At one point, I accidentally stepped onto a freshly laid shower base (completely my fault), and within 15 minutes Ricardo was on-site fixing it. That level of responsiveness and customer care really stood out.
Ricardo Mazari (Lead Installer) & Fernando (Installer) – Ricardo and Fernando were simply awesome. Ricardo was professional, courteous, communicative, and kept the work area clean at all times. “I absolutely love everyone here. I feel like family when I walk in. Kirsten is so polite and helpful even went out of her way to find me the name of her vet that will make house calls for goats. Jim will always go out of his way to help with everything. If he can do it he will. I love the close relationship I have with the other staff as well. First name basis and caring enough to ask about your animals. Debbie is a true gem. Every spring I add to my flock this year I added some chicks I never had before and they are thriving healthy and laying eggs for me almost on a daily. This store and staff are amazing.”

“It's a Home Depot...I mean, not sure what more to say. I've frequented this location so many times I can't count them. The return counter can be slow at times; but once you engage with the staff, they definitely help you out! The isles are good, the selection is good, the pricing is good. I've also used their appliance department and installation...good work, no complaints. I'm partial to the Ryobi One tool series, so they get my power tool business. I'm an bit of a DIYer, so they usually get my random material, hardware, and hand tool business too. I do wish the return policy for building materials was longer...since sometimes projects can take a long time to start, and of course finish...so ability to return unopened, unused surplus after 30/60/90 days would be most welcome. Other than that, again, no complaints.”

“Rodrigo Saavedra and ProSource of Dulles, are in my (experienced) opinion, the very best in Northern Virginia. After going to 9 (yes nine!) flooring stores in Merrifield, Fairfax, Sterling and Springfield without any success in finding the product I wanted (a lighter colored, smooth hardwood) I asked a neighbor who is a contractor who he uses and he told me about them. Within a few minutes of being there, I found several floor options that I liked and the one that I now have (and love!). The showroom is big and comfortable. The staff are friendly. And Rodrigo is the best! He is kind, helpful, attentive, responsive (always available via text or phone!), knowledgable and explains things well. He is also very intuitive. After I pulled a few products myself, he understood what I liked and wanted and brought me a great piece. If you are looking for the widest selection of flooring at a good price, be sure to go to ProSource of Dulles and ask for Rodrigo.”

“I went into the Tractor Supply Company Poolesville Location to inquire about purchasing my first Utility Trailer on the coldest day in many years. Brandon one of the Asst Managers dropped everything he was doing and assisted me way beyond the Norm in answering questions etc. He made me feel like a valued customer and also made me feel like I knew what I was talking about which I didn't fully :-) Ralph the Manager assisted as well and also answered questions and stepped in when Brandon was finishing up and expediting our transaction in which I did purchase one of their Utility Trailers today. “Working an urgent project in the area. An internal miscommunication had me arriving for a pickup order only minutes after it was placed. It only populated in the system as i was talking to the clerk at pickup. I understood it would take a while to gather it and I was fine with that. A front end employee noticed me waiting and escalated this. Even after I told them that it was out fault for the order being placed as I was arriving they still added team members to the pull. This is seriously one of the most attentive teams I've encountered and I do allot of purchases through lowes. Great work!”
