“I owe Ryan an apology because I meant to say how fantastic of an experience I had working with him earlier this year much sooner than now! I was absolutely frazzled by a last minute failed reservation for a group van I needed from a major rental company (Not Enterprise, surprisingly). To Enterprise’s credit, the guy I spoke to there recommended I reach out to AutoMax, and thank God that Ryan picked up the phone at the crack of dawn (I called 15 minutes before they opened just to leave a voicemail but he picked up anyway) and enthusiastically informed me that he had plenty of van rentals to choose from. Didn’t hurt that his over-the-phone quote was $250 cheaper than the alternative. 20 minutes later he and I are signing the contract (and paying a very reasonable deposit) and chattering away like old friends. I think he could tell I was stressed and responded accordingly, which is a level of consideration that you don’t see often enough. The rental was maybe a month old fresh from the dealership and my car was fine being parked on the lot. One of the absolute best customer service experiences I’ve had in Richmond, period! Ryan, I hope this finds you well and thanks again. Keep doing what you’re doing!”

After my accident I was distraught and car-less and the insurance company sent me to Enterprise and I was worried about having to deal with all of the nonsense that comes with renting a car but Amari made it all make sense and had me in a car (a car way to big) by 10 am! she helped out later that day by getting me a much more reasonable little car! A week in I had a hiccup with the insurance company and I was so stressed but Indica called them up and sorted it all out for me (saved me from a really BIG headache) overall those two ladies made the whole experience so stress free and really simple!! “Alice the branch manager went above and beyond the call of duty. Maria was also wonderful. These ladies have both suffered the loss of a loved one yet were at work taking care of customers. Not all the customers were nice either. All of the employees at this location were friendly to me as I waited hours for an insurance extension that never came. Finally a very sweet young man drove me home. I would mention him by name if I remembered it. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for these kind folks.”
