“This was the best experience I’ve had with Avis. The main reason was because of the best customer service I’ve ever had, this was due to Paulette Daley! She was professional, kind, and just an all around amazing person! She tended to my needs and provided excellent advice, she quickly got me out of the door and when she saw the vehicle was a little dirty due to a storm that passed through she had her team clean the exterior car on the spot. I didn’t even suggest it! She went out of her way. She was truly incredible. Avis is very lucky to have her running that offices operations. She is an example of what it means to be a stellar employee. Honestly, I’ve never had such incredible service! “This 5 star review is for Lev'ia ( I'm not sure if I spelled it right) and the older gentleman who picked me up from the Hendrix dealership. These two were great & professional. Overall, I do not rent with Hertz bc, there is literally always an issue and in this case it was the insurance company decision. These two were great! NO ISSUES .The manager lady could have been more helpful to her associates as they were taking calls and handling the front desk by themselves”
