Kita was so accommodating when I decided to switch from a bigger vehicle to a smaller one, and she made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. The whole staff was warm and accommodating, even the two employees who gave me a ride! And the hybrid Honda Accord car was awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience:)”
“My family and I flew in from Chicago on Tuesday for my Daughter’s Graduation. Now I had previously read reviews on Car Rental places and Auto Max looked amazing. For a lack of better judgement I decided to go with Avis (4204 W Broad) instead only because Avis told me they had a shuttle bus to get back to the Airport. Now I had already told Avis that my credit wasn’t good and asked before making the reservation would there be any issues,they told me no. When I got there Tuesday they told me they couldn’t offer me a vehicle and basically left me and my family stranded. Luckily I remembered I had called Auto Max and decided to see what they could do. It was 530pm when I called and he told me they closed at 6 but if I could make it there in time he could help me out. I hurriedly got another Lyft for my family and I and made it there with 10 minutes to spare. The gentleman (David,I believe that’s it) got me in and out with ease in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely saved the day for me and helped us to make our Daughter’s Graduation at Fort Lee. If I’m ever in Richmond again,this will be the ONLY place I will come for a Car Rental!
