“This is a wonderful store with great merchandise and excellent customer service. I bought two mugs from Refunkit, and to my dismay discovered too late that I left them at a nearby business, which was 3 hours from my home (I was visiting Ashland on vacation). I called the store and spoke to Sharon, who walked up the business to pick up the mugs and helped me figure out a solution to replace them.
