“I always have a great experience at this store. Most recently I was juggling my three young kids while Vince was helping me. He was so engaging with my kids, showing them how paint was mixed and even gave them a small paint brush. They still talk about it weeks later! He helped us all get out to our car and carried our paint and even my baby carrier. Service above and beyond!”
“Best paint store in RVA. Benjamin Moore paint is good as any. But the staff is what makes this store stand above. Dale leads a very knowledgeable, professional, friendly team. I was especially pleased with their capability to match 12 year old indoor paint on 3 different colors as we are patching walls in prep for a move to the Free State of Florida. Thank you Dale, Jessie, Joey, Adam for the advise and help.”

“I’ve only ever bought paint from Home Depot before my last few stops into McCormick paints. Andrew has been here each time and he has been an incredible help each time. I came in for a paint match and he took the time to adjust the formula bit by bit until the color match was nearly perfect. His care and attention saved me from having to paint over an entire room. Thank you Andrew! I’ll be shopping with McCormick for my future paint needs”
“We had such a good experience at Sherwin-Williams. Ronald was amazing helping us choose paint colors and figure out how much we actually needed. He was patient, honest, and really knew his stuff. Picking colors can feel overwhelming, but he made it simple.
Roy was helping other customers at the same time and still worked right alongside Ronald. You could tell they work well together and care about what they’re doing.
This is exactly why we keep coming back to this store. The service is always great, and they make the whole process easy.”
“They are super helpful, going above and beyond to get specialty products from other stores or mix colors from other brands. I worked with Scott a few times. Will definitely buy all my paint from this specific shop”

“I've had a tough time selecting the right paint color but Dale and the staff were so helpful. They explained different shades, what would work for my project as well as what wouldn't work. They are all professional, courteous and very patient and I appreciate their input!”
