“I was back and forth trying to decide on colors and received help each time. I especially want to point out that Tony, the manager, was really very helpful when I actually came back to buy the paint. I also made use at someone at the store’s suggestion, if the phone consultation and the app for picking colors and “painting” them in a picture of a room. All the staff at this store provided the best customer service I have received in a long time.”
“Keith and his team are great! I have terrible lighting in my living room and made multiple trips to get paint swatches to find a color that would look great. Their advice helped me to pick a color that I love that wasn’t on my radar at first. Will definitely be back when I convince my husband to paint another room in the house!”

“I’ve only ever bought paint from Home Depot before my last few stops into McCormick paints. Andrew has been here each time and he has been an incredible help each time. I came in for a paint match and he took the time to adjust the formula bit by bit until the color match was nearly perfect. His care and attention saved me from having to paint over an entire room. “Ordered online and there was a mishap with the color selection not being submitted, so I ended up preordering plain white paint. The staff at this store made it right by allowing me to exchange the bucket for a bucket with the correct tint, even though a bit of the paint from the original bucket had been used.
I don't recommend the online ordering since it evidently has issues, but I would definitely recommend this store for their customer service.”

“I moved around the corner from this store 4 years ago and renovated my house. I painted or had painted every single crevice that could be painted and was never disappointed with the service or paint from here. I even painted my kitchen cabinets that needed to be color matched to my new ikea pantry and it was simply perfection!! We went through a few iterations, but finally got there. The guys in there were so incredibly helpful, patient and kind every time I entered!! For the first bit of time the same guys were in there. Now it’s usually different each time I go in but the kindness, helpfulness and genuine deep knowledge is amazing!!
Recently, I’ve chosen to paint my concrete basement after removing carpet and tiles then having the concrete “cleaned”. The suggestions and explanations of why to choose enamel was so thoroughly explained it was so so helpful!! Again, the knowledge base is just amazing!!
It’s also incredibly nice to be treated like an intelligent human even though I have zero idea what I’m doing compared to the professionals they usually are dealing with.”
“The actual paint color was off from the color chip by a lot... they fixed it with a new can of paint, color matched to the color chip and got it right. Very good customer service and super friendly.”
