“I’ve only ever bought paint from Home Depot before my last few stops into McCormick paints. Andrew has been here each time and he has been an incredible help each time. I came in for a paint match and he took the time to adjust the formula bit by bit until the color match was nearly perfect. His care and attention saved me from having to paint over an entire room. Thank you Andrew! I’ll be shopping with McCormick for my future paint needs”

“I had the most professional and kind service at this Sherwin-Williams location on Cary Street in Richmond on Saturday by Zach. I did need to come back today to discuss the product I purchased and I was assisted by Jeff. He was very attentive and listened to my concern and gave advice and also offered to go above and beyond with the concern about the product. Everybody there that was working there was so kind and professional. It makes a huge difference when you’re spending harder and money.”

“A month ago, I went here to have them match a kitchen cabinet stain and I must say that I’m impressed with the customer service. I have another Sherwin Williams 3 minutes from my house and it’s simply NOT THE SAME. So, I will gladly drive 15 minutes to the Lauderdale location.”

“Ordered online and there was a mishap with the color selection not being submitted, so I ended up preordering plain white paint. The staff at this store made it right by allowing me to exchange the bucket for a bucket with the correct tint, even though a bit of the paint from the original bucket had been used. I don't recommend the online ordering since it evidently has issues, but I would definitely recommend this store for their customer service.”

“Project 1 was our last stop in the plaza. I'm glad we didn't skip it! Project 1's offerings are a bit more contemporary (and more practical to me) compared to the other antique shops nearby. I was able to find furniture pieces that I enjoy and also are practical for what I need. They also carry a very nice line of Turkish made 100% cotton linens. The gentlemen at the front was super cheerful and friendly too!”

“While I did not visit the store in person, I called and spoke with the Manager, Scott. He assisted me in booking and paying for a virtual color consultation. He was professional, courteous and willing to assist me. I appreciate his time and think that he is a great public facing employee who well represents Sherwin-Williams.”

“I’ve been to what feels like every paint shop in RVA trying to color match my unique orange colored truck. Single Source was a lifesaver when no other shop could do it, much less in 30 minutes. They’re super friendly, knowledgeable and clearly good at what they do.”

“Spectrum/ Benjamin Moore has the best customer service that is personalized attention. The paint may cost a little bit more than other paint, but the coverage is far more efficient. You pay more, but you use less paint or it goes further. The employees are experienced. Some with over 40 years of mixing paint. Thanks to Dwayne and others in the store that give it a special and personal touch for service.”
