“We had such a good experience at Sherwin-Williams. Ronald was amazing helping us choose paint colors and figure out how much we actually needed. He was patient, honest, and really knew his stuff. Picking colors can feel overwhelming, but he made it simple.
Roy was helping other customers at the same time and still worked right alongside Ronald. You could tell they work well together and care about what they’re doing.
This is exactly why we keep coming back to this store. The service is always great, and they make the whole process easy.”

I needed some paint and immediately was asked if I needed help.That was a shock. Then they and I mean they helped me. I had several people helping me along with other customers. The environment was so friendly and polite. I got other items also and will go back. Unfortunately this is unusual in our world with no manners or respect. Oh and took items to car. This really left me happy not frustrated or angry. Thanks to everyone today.”

“Ordered online and there was a mishap with the color selection not being submitted, so I ended up preordering plain white paint. The staff at this store made it right by allowing me to exchange the bucket for a bucket with the correct tint, even though a bit of the paint from the original bucket had been used.
I don't recommend the online ordering since it evidently has issues, but I would definitely recommend this store for their customer service.”

“I moved around the corner from this store 4 years ago and renovated my house. I painted or had painted every single crevice that could be painted and was never disappointed with the service or paint from here. I even painted my kitchen cabinets that needed to be color matched to my new ikea pantry and it was simply perfection!! We went through a few iterations, but finally got there. The guys in there were so incredibly helpful, patient and kind every time I entered!! For the first bit of time the same guys were in there. Now it’s usually different each time I go in but the kindness, helpfulness and genuine deep knowledge is amazing!!
Recently, I’ve chosen to paint my concrete basement after removing carpet and tiles then having the concrete “cleaned”. The suggestions and explanations of why to choose enamel was so thoroughly explained it was so so helpful!! Again, the knowledge base is just amazing!!
It’s also incredibly nice to be treated like an intelligent human even though I have zero idea what I’m doing compared to the professionals they usually are dealing with.”

“Spectrum/ Benjamin Moore has the best customer service that is personalized attention. The paint may cost a little bit more than other paint, but the coverage is far more efficient. You pay more, but you use less paint or it goes further. The employees are experienced. Some with over 40 years of mixing paint. Thanks to Dwayne and others in the store that give it a special and personal touch for service.”
