“Not bad , would have been better if they had the numbers above the double doors to let people know that there's a storage rooms in the inside of the building. Drove around numerous times trying to find the storage number. Had to call my friend to find out where the number was located at .”
“Customer service these days is quite lacking considering people not working since Covid. Still going strong here and the service is at the top. Glad some people still care.”

“I've used this facility for over 2 years and every single interaction I have had has been positive and helpful when nesasary. All employees, including the after hours help number have been knowledgeable, respectful professional and quick to respond to my needs. My storage unit is easy to access ( I chose the drive up with roll up door) my unit is always clear of debris or trash on the exterior and I have never experienced anything being able to get into my unit including water.”
“First time renting U-Haul for an important move. Arrived to pick up the trailer and was advised that my hitch was awaiting me in Henrico. Rather than driving an hour (both ways), the guys called in and arranged for a reimbursement on the hitch, location for a better deal on a new hitch, and let me know everything was ready to go when I arrived back.
After returning with a new hitch, I was provided a wiring flat for the trailer and assisted with the hook-up! Great customer service and real courteous treatment. I highly recommend this location for any U-Haul needs or storage!”
“I can't even begin to express how wonderful William and Pamela were with getting me set up with a storage unit while I prepared for a cross-country move. As soon as I walked into the door, both of them greeted me and they were genuinely adamant on making my move the easiest it could be, and they went above and beyond to ensure that. They treat you with humility, respect, and like family, their prices are reasonable and sometimes they have specials where you get an extra month free which is what I got without any hassle. Once I was finished, the checkout process was simple and painless, and there was no pressure to keep going. They would have my business again in a heartbeat if I'm ever back in VA, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Ashland/Richmond area.”
“The best storage in town with the nicest people. Very safe, police do rounds day and night. The sheriff came to my unit out of nowhere almost every time that I visit my storage after 7-9pm, until they finally knew my car and recognize me from tye distance..., too me that's very good because it shows the area is safe and police care about their neighborhoods.”
