“The facility itself is exceptionally well kept, clean, and updated. They also seem to be proactive about keeping up with the maintenance. For example, when I went by my unit last week, it looked like they were putting new roofing on all the buildings. Aside from the actual facility, the customer service is beyond exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. I receive a lot of pretty large deliveries, which have never been a problem getting delivered. Kristie notifies me every time she receives packages for me, and proceeds to place them neatly and gently into my unit for me. She is the best and really goes above and beyond. I have been nothing but extremely pleased having my storage unit here! Highly recommend.”

“I had the pleasure to talk to Kyle today. It’s my first time actually going to the unit alone so I was a little bit leery on what to expect when I go to the actual unit. Kyle was absolutely so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I knew how to get there and how to get through the gate as well, he represents your company to the highest level.
