“If I could give Liam more than five stars, I absolutely would! I took my son to the New Balance store today, and Liam was phenomenal from beginning to end. My son is between two sizes and has a narrow foot, so finding the right shoe can be challenging. Liam listened carefully, brought out multiple pairs in both sizes, and patiently gave us plenty of options to try. He was extremely knowledgeable about every shoe and clearly explained the differences in their materials, fit, and intended function. He then made thoughtful recommendations based on my son’s specific needs. Liam was patient, kind, attentive, and had incredible manners. We never felt rushed, and his expertise made the entire experience so much easier.
