“Im newer to trying to use this pharmacy after a good experience trying to get meds that were hard to find for a while. They are kind and incredibly helpful! Even went so far as to call my doctor to help make sure a continuation in a medication that should be filled on the holiday and needed authorization to fill early. Every person I’ve spoken to or worked with has been kind, compassionate and supportive. This is a rarity when you are a complex medical case, even more rare to have the pharmacy help sort it out so it’s less stressful and easier on me. True integrity and dedication.”

“If you can turn off your nose to the sometime off putting smell upon entering, this grocery store is the place you want to visit if you are looking to expand your food experience! There is an aisle dedicated for each of a number of world foods from Latin to Korean cuisine. While I consider myself fairly attuned to Latin food, I was astounded at the number of items there for which I had never heard of. The frozen section is similar, but on a smaller scale. In exploring the fruit and veggie section became enamored with the fresh papaya offered that had already be cleaned of skin, as well a wide range of root vegetables, including some of the yuccas I've ever seen. I found the team there to be agreeable and helpful in finding nuggets hidden away somewhere in the store. For me, it has been a leading factor in my dealing with the traffic of Broad St. to more frequently travel out to the West End.”

“This is a very interesting place to shop. The stores may vary a little bit in what they carrie. I do enjoy their store brands a lot. They carry name brand items also but the prices are compatible with other grocery store. You have to purchase your paper bags but that is never a problem and they are very cheap.”

“I meant to add this a few weeks ago but forgot amidst everything going on. My wife and I were there just picking up a few things while we were out running errands. There was a particular item my wife was looking for that they didn't have due to an allergy. This guy in his jacket with his cart is nearby and like oh what are you looking for? We tell him and he said yeah I don't think they are making that one anymore. He showed us the other ones they had and my wife has tried a few of the ones he mentioned but weren't her preference. He said if you want to try that one I'll take care of it. It turned out he was the Assistant Store Manager. He called the customer service desk and had them comp the item he offered for her to try and went about his grocery shopping after his shift or on his break. We really appreciated his help and customer service and will frequent this Publix more often due to this! Thank you Shawn/Sean (we're not even sure because he wasn't working so didn't have his name tag on)”

“I've seen some complaints about the lines being long and the customer service and I will say my experience with Sam's club has been mixed. I don't really go there for the customer service but for the convenience of buying some of the important things I need in bulk and the app makes it so easy to just scan and buy so I can skip the lines ( so I suggest a lot of you complaining about lines get the Sam's club app so you can scan and go and stop complaining). I will say my only bad experience was with a greeter asking only me for my membership card but didn't ask anyone before or after me for the same thing. But other than that I have no real complaints about the store.”
