Terrible. For 10 minutes I’ve been calling to ask if they can swap out loose change. Stuck in the automated phone cycle of hell because no one here answers phones.

Worst experience at a wells Fargo branch my entire life.My employer has an account with them he printed me a check there was a whole verification process even after I provided 2 forms of id which that im familiar with but the whole 20 mins to verify is to much

The banker not the teller was unprofessional. It was a young black lady. She was on a personal call when I came in. I'm sure that Wells Fargo isn't paying her to sit around talking on her cell phone to her home girls. Very unprofessional.
