“The owner Todd is incredible to work with. I called him looking for a replacement cargo van door window for my old work van. He was quick to respond and look through his large inventory. Todd is very knowledgeable of vehicles and their parts fitment and didn't just give a blanket yes, we have it but instead said "We have a couple vans with windows that might fit, if you do not mind coming in, we'd be more than happy to verify one of them will work." I appreciate honesty like that above anything else. I highly recommend Hales to anyone in need of a reasonably priced car part.”
“I wanted to return a package through UPS, but they don't have the ability to scan QR or bar codes and print them out since they are just a hub store. The cashier was nice enough to look up and find an actual UPS store. The closest one is in Greensboro, NC”
