Is very well-informed of the details for all the products and explained very clearly. Overall a great store and highly recommend. So went here (in back of a commercial building across from Springfield Plaza, next to that pedestrian overpass under construction). VERY satisfied. Got told 'you're screen's not broken, just the glass screen protector cover.' No upsell or attempt to 'replace my screen.' New glass protector and new protective case - $30 total. Super quick, personable - five-star experience all around.”

“Our rep was exceptional. I was assisting my wife upgrade her mobile phone. She doesn't like to spend money in general and doesn't value all the features that the latest phones offer. But her old phone was dying so she felt she had no choice but to deal with the lengthy and at times confusing process of changing phones. We are long time Verizon customers with 5 lines for our family plan, so I've worked with lots of Verizon store associates over the years. The Verizon associate was not pushy - just patiently answered all our questions in a clear, friendly, and helpful manner. She didn't recommend more than we needed, which ended up being not the latest model but one for which we qualified for a good discount. My wife's phone was set up quickly and we went shopping while all the data was transferred. When we returned walked my wife was walked through all the functionality changes since her older phone was quite a bit different. The visit was actually a very positive experience for what can be a rather exasperating one. I will return to this location in the future!”

“After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him.
