Luckily I had the insurance through TMobile so they submitted the claim and we just had to call and get the replacement phone for free. I highly recommend them.”

“Excellent place. Sought it out when a bulging battery got the best of one of my phones. I just wanted to get one file off it if possible; he spent half an hour trying and was unable to do it without a more extensive repair. I declined as I could live without the file and asked how much he wanted for his time, and he declined payment, so I left a tip. Had another phone with a bad touchscreen and my laptop needed a minor repair, so I came back a few weeks later with the second phone and the laptop (and parts) in hand. Price was very fair, work was high quality, and the guys there are really nice. So unassuming from the outside, but I'd definitely call it a top-rate repair facility and plan to return for future repair needs. Thanks so much!”
“17 million stars to Clint, who was a knight in shining armor for me when I locked myself out of my apartment (by leaving my phone inside). No staff in my building were able to help, so I rushed to the only place I could think of with phones: AT&T. Clint helped me contact someone so I was able to get back in, and Clint even gave me a stack of post-its to write down the info. “I came to this place with a "cell emergency" a couple of years ago (phone wouldn't turn on even when fully charged) and they fixed it quickly and competently for a very reasonable price. Recently I came back with a stuck sim card and a question about replacing my screen. They were honest about pricing the screen costs (reasonable but perhaps not worth it in my situation) and didn't pressure me at all when I said I'd need to think about it, and got a stuck sim card out for me as well. Great place; I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.”

I visited another location who denied me service because they needed my ID and couldn’t use my online pin which landed me to this location. I’m happy to say that Rajesh jumped to help me solve my issues and did it in less than 10 minutes. Please visit the store if you want good service and efficient time. Also, don’t let no rep tell you that they cannot use your pin, it’s possible!”
