“I went to Cole Chevy in Bluefield. I left my house with low expectations. I’ve been working on my credit and it’s still not where I want it. Therefore, I honestly didn’t think that I could find a vehicle that I liked. I’m just that person who won’t settle if I’m going to pay the kind of money a vehicle cost, I want something that I like. Dillon Brasse came over to my car, I told him my situation. He went out on the lot and came back with a vehicle that I loved. “I cannot begin to recommend Steve enough. My grandfather was 6+ hours from home in his semi when his fan blew through his radiator. Steve took the time out of his evening to drive to Princeton Lowe’s and spend hours saudering a radiator upside down in the heat. “Hometown Service Center took excellent care in making sure my Equinox was riding smoothly. The other day I brought it down to have them look at the battery icon on my dashboard (Me thinking that it was the alternator), they ended up telling me that the serpentine belt was gone and that I needed a replacement belt and tensioner (They even showed me what happened to further explain which was helpful). To top it off, they had the replacement in and done within an hour. Which if I can be honest when i got the call from them telling me it was done, I was surprised, and now its running smoothly again.Fair pricing and do recommend stopping by if in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

After having two trailer tire blowouts overnight on 81, we were out of spares. We pulled into the tire center in the morming with no appt and hoping they would be able to fit us in the next few days while in the area. Within an hour, we had two new tires, balanced, new stems on both wheels. Everyone we dealt with was kind and gracious, nice to our kids and made us feel welcome. “I had to stop by Bob's garage because I was driving to Pennsylvania and I had a tire go low on air pressure and I could not get the stem thing off to put the air in so I found some people and they took me to Bob's garage and he fixed my stuff for me and we sat there and chatted for a long time and I am also in the process of sending him his Florida license plates. That's the only thing he wanted he wouldn't take any money he was such a sweet man. So I am in the process of packing up to Florida license plates for him that have this county on them that was his request.”
