“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

I had a mark from a colision that wasn't included in my insurance claim, but they still ended up buffing out the scuff marks for me. I also noticed my car was a lot cleaner inside and outside. The whole car looks great. Also, they were super nice!”
“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“Excellent repair shop. Highly recommended. We had to have 2 doors replaced and they did a flawless job installing them and 'feathering' / matching the paint of the entire vehicle. There were also unforeseen and finicky issues with some of the parts from the used doors (our car is a 2002 Highlander, and had some very old and niche mechanical issues), but the team at New Design didn't back down and (amazingly) figured it out. “Mr. Choi just knows how to think in the shoes of the customer. He was honest and earnest about everything he said and did. Any and all questions I had, he answered them all perfectly without the use of any jargon, and all of them professionally and with patience. Because of how I was told, and have experienced, how mechanics rip customers off, and how you should generally not trust them, I was hesitant at first, but he and his employees completely changed my mind on how I view them.
