“Update from 2-star to 5-star.
The information in this post belongs to another automotive shop. I have to ask another person on where they took the vehicle but I was contacted by the shop owner to get clarity as they had no record of servicing my vehicle for that oil change. They offered to make it right if I did actually get the oil changed there. This is an outstanding business practice and will make sure that I give them any business I can. I apologize to Berryville Auto for my incorrect report and thank you for reaching out.

Original: I was temporarily unable to do my own oil changes and contracted them to do the oil change twice. Never had a problem. Circumstances changed and I was able to resume doing my own oil change and the drain plug was cross threaded into the oil pan. Resulting in an oil pan replacement. Wasn’t impressed. Great service other than that issue.”
