“Today, i was on the first leg of a drive for an important work meeting, with 3+hourt to go, my vehicle started making a vibrating noise, pulled over and identified the issue, but of course, no tools to fix it. Pulled into Fox Automotive and asked if there was any way I could get my vehicle looked at. Without hesitation, the gentleman working hopped in my car, verified the issue, and had it fixed in no time. While he was at it, he identified that I had lost some oil due to the quick oil change shop not replacing the dip stick correctly, and topped me off. He had ne back in the road in less than 30 minutes, which ABSOLUTELY saved my day. If you are headed to any other mechanic or service location, stop, turn around, go to Fox. I am so grateful for the help provided, and the extra attention taken to get be back on the road safely!”

“Normally I don’t leave reviews, but Ryan Gulick and the team at Caliber of Winchester truly deserve all the praise and credit possible for the exemplary service at this location. I had a nasty surprise accident on the way home from work and my dealer referred me to this location. After calling their office and speaking with Ryan, he was able to squeeze me in at short notice for a look at the damage. After arriving, he answered all of my questions, surveyed the vehicle, and was able to have my car back on the road with minimal downtime and for a price that couldn’t be beat. The information in this post belongs to another automotive shop. I have to ask another person on where they took the vehicle but I was contacted by the shop owner to get clarity as they had no record of servicing my vehicle for that oil change. They offered to make it right if I did actually get the oil changed there. This is an outstanding business practice and will make sure that I give them any business I can. I apologize to Berryville Auto for my incorrect report and thank you for reaching out.
Original: I was temporarily unable to do my own oil changes and contracted them to do the oil change twice. Never had a problem. Circumstances changed and I was able to resume doing my own oil change and the drain plug was cross threaded into the oil pan. Resulting in an oil pan replacement. Wasn’t impressed. Great service other than that issue.”
