“Normally I don’t leave reviews, but Ryan Gulick and the team at Caliber of Winchester truly deserve all the praise and credit possible for the exemplary service at this location. I had a nasty surprise accident on the way home from work and my dealer referred me to this location. After calling their office and speaking with Ryan, he was able to squeeze me in at short notice for a look at the damage. After arriving, he answered all of my questions, surveyed the vehicle, and was able to have my car back on the road with minimal downtime and for a price that couldn’t be beat. His and the staff’s professional and friendly attitude, combined with speedy and quality work, has left a lasting impression on me and ensured I will be referring anyone who needs work done to this location, and coming back myself if I ever need to.”

“I had a great experience with Winchester Collision Center! Dropped off my vehicle on the 9th of March. Pickup date promised was March 16th. Actual pickup date was on 12 March so they saved me four days on my rental car. Shane Schulze went over the process of drop off and pickup. I was updated every evening on the status of my car repair. Shane also mentioned something I wasn’t aware of and that was the color of my car bumper. He stated that there will be a slight difference in the color of my car bumper compared to the quarter panels because the bumper is made of plastic and the quarter panels are metal. That was really nice to know info. Clear communication was key in my customer experience. I felt informed. In today’s world, it’s hard to find a business that isn’t part of a corporate chain. Winchester Collision Center LLC has been around for a while with local people in charge who care about the quality of work they do. That level of care and professionalism is something you will find with Winchester Collision Center LLC.
I went through my insurance company to find this auto repair shop. I would highly recommend for anyone needing vehicle repairs to do your homework. My insurance company gave me a list of 3 businesses. Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, was the first one on the list. This company has had a total of 34 Better Business Bureau complaints over the past 3 yeats. Twenty of those complaints were closed in the past 12 months. I also learned this company is in the process of changing their name. So be careful out there.”

“I had some work done on a 1984 MBenz 300D back in August. These guys were the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met so far for German Autobahn touring machines. Specifically I had a conversation about part changes for the W123 chassis and W124 chassis Benzs which was eerily similar to speaking with a now retired Austrian Mercedes Benz trained mechanic I met decades ago. Sees will do the job right, to spec, and thoroughly.”

“Brought my new vehicle in to have required equipment for flat towing behind my motorhome installed, job was completed sooner then expected and looked like it was factory installed. Took my car home to hookup and had a problem with the lighting. They requested me to bring the motorhome and car back to them. After quick troubleshooting turns out the problem was with the motorhome wiring, they quickly fixed the problem and had me on my way. Can't say enough good about the folks there. They deserve a big attaboy like we said in the Navy for a job well done! Thank you very much Josh.”

I was looking for a tire valve extender. They actually had the part, but I was able to find it a lot cheaper online.”

“If you are looking for correct fasteners for your classic or muscle car restoration, you can't beat AMK! They offer everything I need for my 1970 Torino, '64 Galaxie and Dad's '56 Fairlane. I'm sure they have what you need for other manufacturers too. The fasteners are high quality with proper finish and look right. Hardware store fasteners willhold, but don't have the right look. AMK is very easy to order from, their shipping costs and delivery time are very good. Placing one or two large orders reduces costs as well. I highly recommend checking out AMK for all your fastener needs.”
