“I was 350 miles from home on a rainy Sunday afternoon near Blacksburg when car troubles began. I managed to limp my car to The Bug Shop early the following day. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered overnight and the car repaired by the following afternoon. The folks at the shop (Jason, Greg, and others) did everything possible to get me back on the road as quickly as they could. “I never leave reviews but I felt like I just had to for new river auto care. I moved down here for school and picking a mechanic was scary all things considered. The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.”

Dennis estimated that he would be able to look at it early next week, but got a call the next day and the car was fixed up and functional again.I'm super happy and pleased at the speed in which the work was done and the quality of it too!
