“My truck battery died and after jumping the battery the transmission was stuck in first gear due to improper load of the computer. I crippled it over to the Advance Auto 15 minutes before closing. The guys were already closing up. They went into action, checking my original battery that was 6 years old, let me decide if I wanted to buy a new one. Before installing, they installed the memory saver on my truck, installed battery, and made sure it started and it cured my transmission issue. They never once made me feel bad for rolling in 15 minutes before closing on a Weds. night and they did not rush or short cut the battery installation. A+ service that is rarely seen in this world.
