“I had the most incredible experience with Collision Plus yesterday. I was in the Blacksburg area on I-81 when my Charger ate a chunk of tire tread that knocked the air dam loose under my car. No way to make it home with that kind of damage.
After being turned away from four other shops, at 4pm (one hour before closing), the staff at Collision Plus agreed to help and repair my car. In short order, they had the front stitched together and I was on my way.
The staff was helpful, friendly and treated me extremely well. I hope I can find a local shop to make permanent repairs that is as awesome as Collision Plus.”
“Awesome service and great price! I bought coolant from them (like $6 cheaper than major chain auto parts) and the front desk helped me search for right product. The product didn’t say it fitted exactly the same car I have so the front desk person was very cautious about selling me it. They are honest people doing great local businesses. Will def visit them again”

“Took our car in to get some body work done to help it pass the state inspection. Dennis estimated that he would be able to look at it early next week, but got a call the next day and the car was fixed up and functional again.I'm super happy and pleased at the speed in which the work was done and the quality of it too! I also paid a fraction of the price other, bigger name companies were estimating! Definitely recommend that you take your car here!”
“I never leave reviews but I felt like I just had to for new river auto care. I moved down here for school and picking a mechanic was scary all things considered. The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.”
